The Santa’s Visitor Center cafe, gift shop, and Restaurant are open daily to everyone free of charge.
The Hidden Huts (Gingerbread House, Elf School, Seitastone), Santa’s Home, visits to Santa Claus, and reindeer programs are only open during specific times as part of guided experiences.

At the Visitor Center, you’ll find a cafe, gift shop, and ticket sales for our programs.

From December 2nd, 2024 to March 31st, 2025,
Open daily 10 AM to 10 PM.

  • Breakfast: Enjoy our popular Elf Breakfast from 8 AM to 10 AM.
    Reservations recommended. Price: 20€. Free for hotel and pyramid guests.
  • Lunch: Daily changing soup and à la carte options from 11 AM to 4 PM.
    See our menu.
  • Dinner : Our à la carte menu features traditional Lappish flavors with an international twist, inspired by Santa’s travels around the world, from 1 PM to 10 PM.
    Kitchen closes 30 minutes before closing time.
    Reservations recommended.

Hotel reception services
The Elf Cafe reception is open daily from 10 AM to 12 PM (December 2nd, 2024 – March 31st, 2025).

Important:
If you arrive before 10 AM or after 10 PM, please collect your key from the Hullu Poro Hotel reception. Address: Rakkavaarantie 5, 99130 Sirkka (Levi center).

Meals for guests:
Buffet breakfast 8 AM – 10 AM, daily dinner 5 PM – 7 PM.
