BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ACTIVITIES<\/strong>
These terms and conditions apply to all Hullu Poro Oy activities\/programs clients.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n\n

\n

BOOKING CONDITIONS<\/strong>
Bookings can be made verbally, in writing, or via the Internet from Hullu Poro Oy online store. A booking is valid for the number of persons mentioned in the reservation and becomes legally effective once the person who made the booking receives an e-mail confirmation.
Bookings can be done up to 24 hours before the activity starts.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n\n

\n

MAKING A BOOKING AND PAYMENT<\/strong>
The booking confirmation has the invoice, the description of the activity booked, and the directions to the destination of the activity or to the meeting point with the activity organizer.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n\n

\n

PAYMENT<\/strong>
Available payment options are prepayment from the online store or by phone and if agreed beforehand, by invoice or on the spot.
Hullu Poro Oy has the right to cancel the reservation, should the payment not be made within the requested and agreed time. Leaving an invoice unpaid, does not count as a cancellation.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n\n

CANCELLATION TERMS<\/strong>
\u2022 We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if the booking is canceled 7 days or less before the event
\u2022 We will charge a cancellation fee of 50% if the booking is canceled 20 days or less before the event
\u2022 We will charge a cancellation fee of 10% if the booking is canceled 60 days or less before the event<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n\n

\n

INDIVIDUALS<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n\n

\n

The cancellation must be made in writing by e-mail to hotel@hulluporo.fi or by phone at +358 (0)16 6510 100 during Finnish office hours. Please have the booking reference number available.
The person making the booking needs to make sure that their own travel insurance covers the costs of the booking should he\/she need to cancel an activity in case of sudden illness\/injury\/death of a close relative or travel party or any other reason. The cancellation needs to be made to Hullu Poro Oy as soon as possible. In all these cases the above cancellation terms apply.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n\n

\n

The guest is obliged to be on time according to the activity\/transfer schedule. We recommend the guest be at the place of departure\/meeting point at least 5-10 minutes before the start of the program. The client is also obliged to make sure they are on the correct bus\/transfer according to the program booked. Being late and\/or using the wrong bus\/transfer does not give the guest the right to any refund or rescheduling of the program\/activity.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n\n

\n

CHANGES<\/strong>
All changes or alterations to the reservation need to be made in writing to Hullu Poro Oy (hotel@hulluporo.fi) during Finnish office hours. Any change is subject to written approval by Hullu Poro Oy, in accordance with the cancellation policy conditions mentioned above.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n\n

\n

CHILDREN<\/strong>
In some activities\/programs, a lower price is applied for children. The age of the children for whom the lower rate applies is decided by the activity\/program provider and specified in the program\u2019s description.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n\n

\n

PREGNANCY AND OTHER HEALTH ISSUES<\/strong>
Pregnant women should not use snowmobiles, ATVs, or other similar vehicles nor sit on a sled pulled by the snowmobile as the vibrations and exhaust fumes may be harmful. In addition, the Hullu Poro Oy discourages pregnant women from taking part in all excursions involving the use of animals such as husky safaris, reindeer sleigh rides, horse riding, and horse sleigh rides. Pregnant women, who take part in those types of programs, do so at their own risk.
Some of the programs and services may be physically demanding and participants may be exposed to various physical strains and stresses. If a participant suspects that his or her health is preventing them from participating in a program or service or suspects that his\/her health may be endangered during the program or service, the participant must receive permission from his\/her physician to participate. The guests always take part in the activities\/programs at their own risk.
<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n\n

\n

ACTIVITIES WITH ANIMALS<\/strong>
All animals used in the activities\/programs are trained as far it is possible for safe engagement in the program they are trained for. However, animal behavior can never be fully predicted, and therefore, in order to avoid incidents and reduce risks, all participants must comply with the safety and other instructions given by the service provider.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n\n

OTHER DAMAGES<\/strong>
A personal travel insurance is always highly recommended for any unexpected situation.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n\n

PRICES AND PRICE CHANGES<\/strong>
Booking rates include pre-arranged rates and taxes. All Rights Reserved. Hullu Poro Oy is not liable for any printing mistakes or changes in the prices transpired after the printing of the brochures.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n\n
